New restaurant review: Chez Wong

Chez Wong, an unpetentious huarique located in the humble district of La Victoria, is said by many limeños to serve the best ceviche in town. Eating there, though, is not as simple as getting there. There are no signs on the front door (which remains always closed) and it’s absolutely necessary to make a reservation with at least a day in advance.
